The Dai Showは、人間が今も自然と調和して暮らす世界、つまりダイ族へのトリビュートです。
伝説に残るダイ族の文化では、その柔らかさと流動性がいたるところに見られ、それは私たちを宇宙に結びつける穏やかで静かな水の波のようです。
この有益なエネルギーが、中国南西部のビルマとラオスの国境にあるシーサンパンナで制作されたショーを、エキゾチックな野生動物が生息する緑豊かな森の世界に育て上げました。
少年はジャングルに放り込まれ、そこでは驚くべき生き物たちが、彼らの予期せぬ能力で暮らしています。そこで少年は、花売り娘、奇妙なゴキブリ、巨大な蝶など、はかないと同時に美しい世界を発見します。ここ、水上で、愛の物語が生まれます。

有機的な建物
建築会社Stufishは、Dragoneの建築・デザイン部門と共同で、1,200席のユニークな劇場を建設しました。デザインと有機的な精神は、地元のイメージからインスピレーションを得ています。
建物の構造は、地元のヤシの葉からインスピレーションを得た幾何学模様を想起させ、ダイ族の建築様式も取り入れています。劇場内では、亜熱帯の森の世界を想起させるものが舞台にまで広がり、ジャングルが成長していつでも舞台に登場しそうな印象を与えます。

国際的なチームと中国からのアーティストを集めたフランコ・ドラゴネは、水の流れによって、古いダイ族の物語と大地への賛歌を、地球規模で生き生きと表現したいと考えました。キャラクターは、ドラゴネスタジオのイラストレーター、マーティン・ルロワの想像力から生み出され、命を吹き込まれました。ニコラ・ヴォードレがデザインしたきらめく衣装は、神秘性と奥深さを反映しています。
